Yeah, you could say that. I was debating whhteer I could / wanted to continue to commit to that when all of a sudden I was at an office every day right when the season was starting. But let's see I like Bama over Florida, let's say 27 23I'll go Georgia over Colorado, 20 17No way I could pick Ole Miss to win a game right now. Kentucky 35 20Let's give Vandy some love over UConn, 13 10Auburn and Moo U beat their patsies.
Oh, and the conference hgpars are still useful even if it neglects out-of-conference loops, in my opinion. The conferences themselves are so ridiculously better connected than out-of-conference games that I think the in-conference hgpars might be more representative in certain cases, because it gives teams a chance to prove a beatloss/beatloop wrong.Plus they're neat looking. One thing I'm thinking about doing is writing a program to convert beatloops into animated GIFs, and doing the season with them. Granted, you'd prefer to animate it with the teams moving around, but, uh, that would require a change in graphviz, I think.
